Arcflex Manufacturing Capabilities

Over the past 25 years, we have established ourselves as complete manufacturers of flexible hose, steel braid and metal bellow elements of all sizes and materials. We have continually improved and expanded our facilities so we have total control over every part of the manufacturing process. Arcflex design, fabricate, test and ultimately produce all of our products in house to the very highest standards and we run a quality management system to ISO 9001:2008.

What can Arcflex do for you?

Our facilities are truly unrivalled and we have everything from metal bellows forming machines to metal hose corrugating machines. We also have a state of the art design department which utilises 2D and 3D CAD technology making the design of extremely specific components possible. And, our testing facilities allow us to test all types of flexible hose and metal bellows with a huge range of tests available including hydrostatic, mass spectrometer, dye pen and even X-ray inspected if so required.

As mentioned earlier, our quality management system runs to ISO 9001:2008 and we have plans to upgrade to ISO 9001:2015 when it comes out next month. We are totally committed to the process of quality and see it as a fundamental principle of our business. Arcflex are also approved to manufacture under all categories of The Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 97/23/EC) and can produce our products CE marked with full certification.
