In-House Manufacturing

Here at Arcflex, we manufacture a wide range of products including flexible metal hose, steel braided hose, expansion bellows to name just a few. We consider our facilities to be the very finest in the UK and we offer a complete package incorporating everything from design to testing. We do everything in-house at our factory in Staffordshire and have a hugely experienced team of engineers at our disposal.

Our Facilities

Over the years we have expanded via constant investment into our facilities with new machinery to ensure quality at competitive prices. Arcflex have hydraulic hose manufacturing machines as well as continuous metal hose corrugating machines. We have tube mills for thin wall tubing and bellows forming machines (hydraulic, expanding and roll forming). In addition, we have the facilities for automated welding including orbital, seam and resistance welding, while our braiding and PTFE convoluting machines are among the best in the UK. Arcflex also have hi-tech CNC machines and full machine shop. We also have a very large assembly line and a huge range of welding facilities at our disposal. Not only this, but we also have an in-house design department that utilise the very latest in both 2D and 3D CAD to make any assembly to suit your applications specifications.

We are totally dedicated to quality at Arcflex and run a management system to ISO 9001:2008 . We will never ship a product unless our internal and the customers requirements are met in full. You can be totally assured our metal hose products will stand up to the highest temperatures and pressures and we are approved to manufacture under all categories of The Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 97/23/EC).
