We understand the need for the very highest quality products and so we’re constantly investing in new machinery to ensure that we can provide you with the best results possible, at competitive prices. Our automated welding equipment can complete processes including orbital enclosed and open heads, longitudinal seam welders and rotary resistance welding.

All pipe fabrications are tested prior to dispatch to meet Arcflex product quality standards, and we can provide hydrostatic, pneumatic, mass spectrometer, dye pen and x-ray inspection if required. We can also offer additional CMM measurement of manufactured components, offering an accuracy of +/- 0.042 mm/0.0012 inches.
