Happily, we were able to produce a new metallic bellows unit for the manufacturer. Their new metallic bellows unit was made in accordance with PED Cat 3, with a turnaround of only 4 days!
Our experts fit the new metallic bellows, and then carried out DPI, Ultrasonic, and MPI inspections to ensure the quality and function of the metal bellows. In all, Nestlé were able to restart production on schedule, and avoided any major expenses and loss of business.
