DEEP CONVOLUTED BELLOWS, COMPENSATORS AND EXPANSION JOINTS

Arcflex are the the only supplier of deep convoluted bellows, compensators and expansion joints in the UK and can design and manufacture bellows to suit your application. Having recently aquired the former company COMFLEX we now have experienced designers, engineers and the manufacturing ability to produce these type of bellows.

Induvidually designed for each application which ensures the correct product is always supplied.

Our compensators are formed by cold-rolling knuckles on a flat ring for superior flexability.

Single layer available in carbon steel and stainless steel. .

The welds in all our deep convoluted compensators are subjected to dye penetrant testing. .

Circular, square or rectangular styles are available.

We have now manufactured up to 5000mm in one and our bellows can be designed to achieve up to 50% movement of the bellows size..

Wall thickness from 1.5mm up to 6mm.
